Awareness of Commitment:

I am aware that it is my job to:

1.) Practice regularly between lessons

2.) Be prepared and on time at the lesson location each week

3.) Cancel or reschedule a lesson with 24 hours notice (instructor’s discretion) for a lesson to be credited.  If 24 hours notice is not given (instructor’s discretion) the lesson will not be credited.

4.) Redeem any credited lessons within 3 months from the date of the credit.  Any credited lessons not redeemed within 2 months from the date of the credit will expire and that lesson will be forfeited.  Credited lessons can be used to add another lesson during the current month or be applied to the following month.

5.) Schedule lessons and make payments according to the Musical Way Academy Scheduling and Payment Plan.
