Musical Way Academy was created by professional musician, private instructor, and current St. Lawrence University guitar instructor Jon Dufore.

After studying with some of the top instructors in Los Angeles at Musician’s Institute, Jon returned to his hometown area to pass along what he learned.

Jon’s vision involved combining the following:

-Bringing together instructors in the area with a passion for music to teach

-A dedication to making music lessons high in quality, but also fun and engaging, so that students will be learning what they want, and learning it the right way

-Providing performance opportunities for students, allowing them a chance to grow as musicians and boost their confidence

Musical Way Academy strives to be the Go To resource in the North Country for private music lessons, performance opportunities, programs, and clinics.
